The ultimate Fitness and Wellness weekends are now available for you and your friends at the stunning Carbery Tower, only 9 miles from Edinburgh. Carbery Tower is steeped in history, dating back to the 15th century, the former stately home of the late Queen Mother's sister.
We have some 35 acres of estate grounds for our use. As well as individual exercise, and in teams, you will be introduced to nutritional advice and healthy cooking demonstration. You will be individually challenged through a series of fitness events and have to work in teams to complete challenging tasks. We will also give you time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and relax your mind.
